PURPOSE: To obtain a blend having low-temp. flexibility by mixing a vinylidene fluoride based plastomer with a polyunsatd. compd. as a coagent, irradiating the mixture with a radiation, and mixing the mixture with a fluorosilicone elastomer and a free radical initiator. ;CONSTITUTION: A vinylidene fluoride based plastomer (B) is mixed with a polyunsatd. compd. (C) as a coagent at 80-165°C in a wt. ratio of C/BD of 0.05-0.4 and irradiated with a radiation. 54-95 pts.wt. mixture prepd. and irradiated as above is mixed with 5-46 pts.wt. fluorosilicone elastomer (A) to give a blend having a ratio of A/B of 0.05-0.9. The blend is mixed with a free-radical initiator having a half life of 1 hr or lower at 95°C or lower, then heated to 80-140°C, optionally mixed with a stabilizer, a colorant, a filler, a basic oxide and/or a wetting agent, mixed with a free-radical initiator having a half life of 1 hr or lower at 135°C or higher, and is crosslinked by heating, thus giving the objective blend.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
