PURPOSE: To perform an optimum dust collection by controlling the number of rotation of a dust collecting blower by the degree of opening of each terminal damper and a necessary air volume and controlling the terminal damper to the degree of opening corresponding to a specified air volume by the detected air blow. ;CONSTITUTION: A pressure detector 7 and a temp. detector 8 respectively detect air pressure and air temp. A control panel 9 receives and operates the degree of opening of a terminal damper 2 and temp. and pressure of a suction opening 1 to calculate the air volume of the terminal damper 2 and the total air volume of the whole system and controls the number of rotation of a driving motor 5, accordingly the number of rotation of a blower 4 based on the result and operates opening and closing of the terminal damper 2. A monitoring and setting panel 10 monitors conditions of the terminal damper 2, the driving motor 5 and the terminal pressure and temp. and sets the necessary air volume at the terminal damper 2. It is possible thereby to adjust the air volume based on controlling the number of rotation of the blower and to control the air volume of the terminal damper to a proper quantity and there exists no possibility of a problem wherein the air volume of the terminal damper is too much or too little.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
