INSPECTION GALLERY RUNNING DEVICE IN DAM WEIR BANK

摘要

PURPOSE: To obviate the need to revise the cross sectional shape of a bending part prior to installation by connecting two carriage rails which cross each other at a bend of an inspection gallery in a dam weir bank with a slewing rail. ;CONSTITUTION: A slewing rail 5 is connectably installed between fixed rails 3 for an inspection worker carriage main body which crosses at a bending part of an inspection gallery. The carriage main body 4 is suspended from a drive device which can be moved between the fixed rails 3 and the slewing rail 5. The slewing rail 5 is fixed with a ring 7 turnably installed to a ceiling part of a bending part 2a by way of a bearing 6. A chain 12 is hung between a circular-shaped sprocket on the bottom of the ring 7 and a sprocket 11 driven with a slewing motor 9 installed to a wall surface of the inspection gallery 2, thereby turning the slewing rail 5. As for a direction conversion, the drive device of the carriage main body is turned in a small radius by switching the operations of the drive device of the carriage main body 4 and the slewing motor 9 resultant from the contact between a fixed power supply cable and a terminal of a slewing power supply cable.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
