DEFORMATION PREVENTING STRUCTURE FOR FIREPROOF DOOR

PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration of fireproofness resulting from thermal deformation occurring to side parts including stiles of a glazed door, and to improve fireproofness further while reducing cost. ;CONSTITUTION: A stile 5A on one side of a door 1 for opening and shutting an opening A is held to a fixing part with a pair of hinges 6 on the upper and the lower parts so that it can turn round a vertical axis (a). Projections 8, protruding toward the other side in the in-plane direction of the door, are provided to the stile 5A and one side of a vertical frame 2 so that they can extend over the entire length, or extend nearly over the entire length of the one side of the vertical frame. Grooves 9, to which the projections can be fitted reversibly from the in-plane side of the door following the closing of the door 1, are formed to the stile 5A and the one side of the vertical frame 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
