IMMUNOASSAY METHOD AND ITS KIT EXCLUDING ASSAY INTERFERENCE

PURPOSE: To avoid interference of a human anti-mouse antibody without subjecting a sample to pretreatment in an immunoassay using mouse monoclonal antibody. ;CONSTITUTION: An immunoassay method concerned is to decide existence ands eventual quantity of an object to be analyzed in a sample from a patient who is considered to contain an interferential antibody produced because the patient sample has got immunity with an antibody of any other animal species. The sample is mixed with a coupling component having immunological reactiveness which is not coupled easily with an interferential antibody because of different sort about animal species but acknowledges the object analyzed and is coupled therewith so that a complex body is produced in the mixture between the object and immuno-reactive coupling component, and this complex body is separated from the mixture. Existence and eventual quantity of complex body are determined using a sensing means, wherein the sensing of the existence and quantity of a human anti-mouse antibody in the sample is conducted by the bridging assay method.
