PURPOSE: To prevent the intrusion of harmful insects and the propagation of various bacteria even if washing work is not executed by coating the periphery of a heater with synthetic resin to form water preventing structure around the heater. ;CONSTITUTION: Soda or water supplied from the discharge port of a body to a mixture 11b is abutted on the inner surface 11c of a nozzle, and while being mixed with syrup, the mixed solution is dropped downwards. A heater 12 is built in a heater storing part 11e of a nozzle body 10 so as to heat the inner surface 11c, so that water left on the inner surface 11c is dried and the propagation of various bacterias or the like on the inner surface of the nozzle body 10 can be prevented. The heater 12 is inserted from the lower part of the storing part 11e and fixed by molding its periphery by synthetic resin 15. In addition to the heater 12 consisting of a PTC thermister, the resin 15 is charged so as to coat also the leading parts of lead wires 13, 14 from which insulating coats are removed.
