MANUFACTURE OF IN-CONCRETE BURIED OBJECT AND CONCRETE PRODUCT AND CONCRETE FORM WITH DURABILITY

PURPOSE: To allow buried objects such as an insert to be installed simply in a form of durable type and perform die separation works as easily as in the case of a concrete product free from buried object even though they are installed at an inner from. ;CONSTITUTION: An insert holder 10 has a body 11 in approx. cylindrical shape, in which an insert is fitted, and a flange 16 formed on that side 15 of the body which is to be fitted in a concrete form, and three projections 20 protrude from the flange 16 while avoiding an opening 14. Each projection 20 has a smaller diameter than the opening 14, and the insert holder can be set in the form if they are inserted in setting holes which are provided in the form previously. Because the projections 20 separate from the body by themselves at the time of die separation, no labor will be required. The form requires only provision of setting holes having a minor diameter, so that alteration of the position of buried object can be done simply.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
