FURNACE WALL MATERIAL HAVING HIGH HEAT RADIATION RATE AND SOAKING PIT THEREWITH

摘要

PURPOSE: To reduce the uneven heating in a furnace and carry out the homogeneous heating of steel materials by spraying a wall material containing SiO₂, Al₂O₃, P₂O₃, Na₂O and K₂O on the inside wall of the furnace followed by vitrifying the sprayed material. ;CONSTITUTION: Furnace wall material 4 having high heat radiation rate is obtained by compounding ≥60% SiO₃, 10-20% Al₂O₃, ≤5% P₂O₅, ≤10% Na₂O and ≤10% K₂O. The furnace wall material 4 is sprayed on low temperature parts 2, 3 of lower parts of the furnace wall of an upper one-way-igniting soaking pit 1 and then those parts are heated with a burner to vitrify the surface.
