PURPOSE: To obtain a colored or colorless aqueous manicure solution (nail polish) comprising the dispersion of polyester-polyurethane particles. ;CONSTITUTION: This manicure solution (nail polish) comprises the dispersion of anionic polyester-polyurethane particles. Therein, the particles have a particle diameter of 2-40 nm, and a coating film formed by drying the 300 μm-thick layer of the particle aqueous dispersion having a solid content of 28% at 30°C in a relative humidity of 50% for 2-4 hr has a hardness of 50-300 sec measured by a Persoz's clock.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
