PURPOSE: To obtain the subject polyol excellent in properties under tension and heat resistance and useful for the reinforcement of polyurethane by compounding a mixture composed of a polyol and a small amount of an aromatic monoamine with a diisocyanate compound in a specific ratio and subsequently reacting the mixture. ;CONSTITUTION: This polyol is obtained by compounding a mixture composed of 100 pts.wt. of a polyol, e.g. a polyether polyol and 0.05-5.0 pts.wt. of an aromatic monoamine (e.g. aniline) with a diisocyanate compound (preferably, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, etc.) at the ratio of the aromatic monoamine of 1mol vs. a diisocyanate compound of 0.1-1.0mol and subsequently reacting the mixture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
