PURPOSE: To secure the safety by giving a warning, when pressure of an accumulation type fire extinguisher becomes a prescribed value or below, and also, stopping supply of gas, injecting a fire extinguishing liquid to a gas cooking stove from the accumulation type fire extinguisher, and giving a warning, when an abnormal fire of the gas cooking stove is detected. ;CONSTITUTION: In a system kitchen A, an automatic fire extinguishing device 1 for a fire of a gas cooking stove B is formed, and controlled by a control box 10. When pressure of an accumulation type simple fire extinguisher 6 filled with a fire extinguishing reinforced liquid, in a range hood E becomes a prescribed value or below, a pressure switch 9 provides an output, and gives a warning by a warning device 10b provided in the control box 10. Also, when a sensor 4 in the range hood E detects an abnormal fire of the gas cooking stove B, supply of gas is stopped by closing a gas cut-off solenoid valve 3 by the control box 10, and by opening an opening/closing valve 7 of the fire extinguisher 6, a fire extinguishing reinforced liquid is injected from a nozzle 5, and a warning is given by the warning device 10b.
