PURPOSE: To provide an automatic boring machine of hole for fix-planting enabling the simplification and the reduction of labor in fix-planting work of a seedling of Welsh onion, etc., and capable of simply and easily planting without using years of experience and skill, free from disorder of the posture of a seedling and in upright state. ;CONSTITUTION: An automatic boring machine is furnished with a drilling member 9 attached on the body in a state freely liftable and back-and-forth movable against the body, means 12, 22, 21, 15 and 25 for periodically transferring the boring member 9 in synchronized state with the transferring speed of the body, means 10, 17, 11 and 18 for lowering the boring member 9 when it comes to a synchronized state with the transferring speed of the body and means 12, 22, 21, 10, 17, 11 and 18 for lifting the lowered boring member while transferring with approximately the same speed as the transferring speed of the body and in the opposite direction of the move of the body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
