PURPOSE:To provide environmental conditions for small fish such as killifish, crucians, etc., to live in a channel, even if the channel is constructed of concrete U-shaped blocks and fence channels, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a water channel having a fence channel support 1 and fence channel boards 2 interlocked and held on the support 1 and forming side walls of the water channel, the fence boards 2 set in the height lower than that of the water channel and fishing net blocks 3 partitioning a fishing nest space 5 set in the capacity smaller than that of the inside 4 of the water channel are provided. The side walls of the water channel are constituted of the interior wall sections 32a of the fishing nest blocks and fence channel boards. Through- windows 35 passing through the inside of the water channel and fishing nest space section 5 are formed in the interior wall sections 32a.
