PURPOSE: To eliminate incomplete combustion by diffusing liquid fuels by combustor after the rotation shearing of compound fuel jet which uses low pressure atomized medium in a central nozzle assembly. CONSTITUTION: After rotation shearing the low pressure atomized medium, i.e., oxygen in a central nozzle assembly 30, liquid jet is diffused using combustion-inducing evaporation in a combustor 50. The liquid fuel being introduced into the center of a fuel tube 34 is jet from jetting holes 40, 42, and comes in contact with low pressure atomized medium Va passing through orifices 40, 42. This contact causes the rotation shearing, and the liquid-drop diffusion of liquid fuels. The mixture of atomized oxygen and fuel liquid-drop flows out through an atomizing tube 32 and comes in contact with oxidizer Vc having been introduced into a combustor 50, it produces combustion flame 54. The combustor 50 is constituted so that the ratio (L/d) of the length to the diameter of a central passage is 2.0 to 6.0, and a burner 31 diffuses flame at the combustion speed of 0.25 to 20 millions btu.
