PURPOSE: To prevent a poor returning of a refrigerant liquid by a method wherein a technology for recovering a refrigerant for a freezer and a technology for extracting a non-condensed gas mixed in a refrigerant gas are improved and a pressure balance within a recovering device and a gas extracting device is controlled. ;CONSTITUTION: There is provided a small-sized freezer 22. There is also provided a pressure sensor P for use in sensing a pressure within a gas-liquid separator 4 which is a closed container forcedly cooled by the small-sized freezer. In the case that a pressure within the gas-liquid separator 4 is lower than a predetermined pressure, a solenoid switch 42 is turned OFF through a solenoid switch controlling device 43 so as to stop an operation of the small- sized freezer 22. In addition, there is provided a level sensor L so as to stop an operation of the small-sized freezer 22 when a level of refrigerant liquid within the gas-liquid separator 4 is higher than a predetermined position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
