PURPOSE: To obtain a method for producing a decolored ground cherry flower and to obtain an ornament in which electric bulbs put in the decolored ground cherry can be lighted. ;CONSTITUTION: A green ground cherry with nutlets is dried, thereafter being dipped in a decolorant to be decolored. This is washed by water and dried. An electric wire is inserted into a stem 1 from the root. A miniature bulb 2 is set in each bag-form skin 3 and lighted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
