PURPOSE: To provide an ocean park which prevents outflow of red muddy sand, etc., to a sea side and creates the scenes like those of the tropics in and out of the facilities by installing a porous filter type dike between a settling treat ment basin formed in a part of the estuary sea basin and the sea side and laying filter means on the surface on at least the settling treatment basin side. ;CONSTITUTION: The porous filter type dike l is installed between the settling treatment basin C formed in a part of the estuary sea basin and the sea side O. The filter means 1 are laid on the front surface of at least the settling treatment basin C side. The filter type dike 1 and partition walls provided with sliding door type gates are installed between the settling treatment basin C and the sea side O. The height of the filter type dike 1 is set at the height at which the water on the settling treatment basin C side is overflowable at the time of an abnormal water increase. The porous filter type dike 1 is formed by piling up stones, concrete, etc. Further, the settling treatment basin C side of the filter type dike 1 is sloped and the sea side O of the filter type dike 1 is provided with wave break concrete units.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
