NOVEL ANTIGEN ENZYME COMPOSITE AND DETECTION METHOD AND DETECTION KIT FOR METHAMPHETAMINE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To detect methamphetamine in a sample in a short time and accurately by using a composite of amine compounds as selected from among those given by the specified formula which can recognize a monoclonal antibody presenting a specific immunoreaction to the methamphetamine and an enzyme. ;CONSTITUTION: Methamphetamine is detected using an antigen-enzyme composite which comprises a composite of amine compounds as selected from among those given by the formula (wherein n represents an integer of 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 and R hydrogen or an alkyl group) which can recognize a monoclonal antibody presenting a specific immunoreaction to the methamphetamine. In the production of the antigen-enzyme composite for detecting the methamphetamine, the amine compounds selected from the group of compounds given by the formula are bonded to the enzyme. A carrier for detecting the methamphetamine supports the monoclonal antibody presenting the specific immunoreaction to the methamphetamine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
