PURPOSE: To enable a digital balance to perform highly accurate weighing at a high speed by using the inverse number of the signal transfer function of an autoregressive model as the filtered-wave transfer function which attenuates the vibrational component of the digital balance. ;CONSTITUTION: A communication control section 7 inputs the sample data of digital weighing signals containing the vibrational component of digital components to an arithmetic and control section 3 through an input-output interface 4. The section 3 makes the difference value of the data of the digital weighing signals in a discrete time sequence to an autoregressive model, calculates the signal transfer function of the model and the inverse number of the function, and transfers the inverse number to the digital balance through a control section as a filtered wave transfer function. Since the vibrational component of the digital balance which becomes larger in amplitude corresponds to the pole of the signal transfer function, the work of the pole of the signal transfer function can be offset when the filtered-wave transfer function which is the inverse number of the signal transfer function is impressed upon the FIR filter of the digital balance. Therefore, the vibrational component of the digital balance contained in the weighing signal of the balance can be attenuated and the weighing accuracy of the balance can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
