PURPOSE: To provide a water-proof electric shaver in which sharpness is not damaged even when it is used for a long time, stimuli to skin or hair roots are reduced, shaved beards are not scattered, and cleaning is easy. ;CONSTITUTION: Two cushion springs are housed in a seesaw 9 for changing the rotation of a motor 11 into reciprocative operation, a supporting frame 7 is put on it through two frame supporting pins, and the shaved beards removing brush, cylindrical rotary whetstone 6 and rotary inner blade 3 linked with a roller 1 supported in contact with them are fitted to the supporting frame 7.
