PATTERN FOR MANUFACTURING CASTING MOLD AND MANUFAC TURE OF CASTING MOLD USING THE PATTERN

PURPOSE: To improve the workability at the time of manufacturing by fixing each blade pattern part to each arc peripheral part and fitting a thin sheet for partition to each blade pattern part. ;CONSTITUTION: In a wooden pattern 5, the shaft part 1 is divided into the inner and the outer parts 1a, 1b and the blade patterns 19 as a part for element arranged around the shaft part 1 are integrally assembled in the wooden pattern 1b at the outside part. The blade patterns 19 are arranged at e.g. four pieces, and the wooden pattern part 1b at the outside is divided into four pieces according to the number of the blade patterns 19. The blade divided pattern is made to be block with the blade pattern 19 and the wooden pattern part 1b at the outside, and the wooden pattern 5 is positioned on a surface plate 11. The thin sheets 12 (e.g. tin plate) for partitioning are extended from the blade divided patterns 19 together with the blade divided pattern 19, between an outer frame for sand mold. This thin sheet 12 for partition are arranged along two places of the top part and the lower end side part of the blade divided wooden pattern 19. By this method, the thickness and the shape, etc., of the product can easily be confirmed with visual inspection at the time of manufacturing the mold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
