PURPOSE:To enable even a designer having no technical knowledge to execute a coloring design based on a general feeling without depending on knowledge and ability of the coloring designer himself by preliminally registering coloring lines to the general feeling. CONSTITUTION:In a general feeling words/phrases registering part 8, words and phrases determined in advance, for showing an average feeling which general people receive from coloring are registered so as to correspond to every coloring, and also, in a feeling tendency registering part 9, a tendency of a feeling which a stereotyped user group has in common with respect to coloring, based on history information of a user who utilizes a product is registered at every user group. In such a state, when a designer inputs words and phrases for showing a feeling, a similar general words/phrases selecting part 10 selects general feeling words and phrased being similar thereto from the registering part 8, and when the selecting part 10 selects general feeling words and phrases, a coloring setting part 11 retrieves the registering part 8 by using them as a key, selects the corresponding coloring, and a coloring processing part 8 executes a coloring display through a display part 2.
