PURPOSE: To obtain a non-welded radio frequency resonance cavity by preparing a die allowed to be disassembled to sectors and having the internal cavity shape of a resonator, spinning a foil by using the die and precisely and completely forming a metallic sheet for coating the die as a non-welded body. ;CONSTITUTION: The die allowed to be disassembled and having the internal cavity shape of the resonator is arranged and blocked between two cylinders 14 having a cut-off tube shape, foil is spinned by the die and the cylinders 14 until a monolithic body covering the whole assembly is obtained, the constitutional components of the die are disassembled to detach the die. In a spinning process, a foil material formed by one piece of bulk niobium may be used. It is also available that the niobium foil has about 100 μ thickness and coated with copper or silver layer of about 1 mm thickness by electrodeposition.
