PURPOSE: To improve reliability for the inoperable action of resonance structure (resonance tag for burglar prevention) in which an inoperable area and a conductive area are formed by thermal working in a fast manufacturing line and detectable electronically and abled to be made inoperable, to improve yield in making into product, and to inexpensively supply it to a market. ;CONSTITUTION: The resonance tag 1 for burglar prevention is equipped with a dielectric substrate 2 consisting of stretch film 21, and the inoperable areas 5 provided at plural areas of the conductive part 4 and in which an air layer 51 is formed in the dielectric substrate 2 by thermally eliminating a dielectric material 21 between conductors 41. Also, the inoperable area 5 is constituted in such a way that conductive circuit patterns are printed on the surface and rear face of the dielectric substrate 2 by sheet carrying, and a thermal transmission member 7 is made to abut on a position where the surface and rear face of a conductive face in the conductive part 4 are confronted, and the front and rear conductive face are spot-heated, and the air layer 51 is formed in the substrate 2 by generating memory phenomenon in the dielectric material 21 at the position, and substrate areas with different dielectric constants are provided between the conductors of a capacitor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
