CONTROLLING METHOD OF IMMUNITY RESPONSE, AND CHEMICAL RELATED TO IMMUNITY CELL AND ENDOTHELIAL CELL

PURPOSE: To obtain a medicine capable of curing various diseases without any side effect by specifically controlling immune response. CONSTITUTION: This method for controlling immune response comprises bonding an immunocyte, an endothelial cell or both cells to (a) an antibody specifically bonding to an ELAM cell or its bonded site-containing fragment and (b) an antibody specifically bonding to a molecule selected from a group comprising VCAM, ELAM, ICAM, VCAM ligand, ELAM ligand and ICAM ligand or its bonded site-containing fragment. The second objective medicine relates to an immunocyte and an endothelial cell comprising (A) an antibody specifically bonding to an ELAM molecule, its bonded site-containing fragment or a pharmaceutically permissible salt of the antibody or fragment, (B) at least one kind of antibody specifically bonding to a molecule selected from a group of VCAM, ELAM, ICAM, VCAM ligand, ELAM ligand and ICAM ligand, its bonded site- containing fragment or a pharmaceutically permissible salt of the antibody or fragment and (C) a pharmaceutically permissible carrier, diluent or excipient.
