BOTTOM STRUCTURE OF BED PROVIDED WITH FLOOR PART ERECTING DECLINING MECHANISM

PURPOSE: To fit a bend part of a floor part to the body of a user when the floor part is erected. ;CONSTITUTION: The bottom is divided into a back bottom 3a, a waist bottom 3b, a knee bottom 3c and a leg bottom 3d are connected successively to each other so as to be bendable. A back raising link 11 for constituting a floor part erecting declining mechanism is abutted on the back bottom 3a through a roller member 10. With respect to the waist bottom 3b, its length in the longitudinal direction of a bed is set shorter than length of other bottoms. The back bottom 3a and the waist bottom 3b are set so as to be bent within a range of about 20 degrees by a hinge having a suitable bend angle limiting means. In such a way, the body of a user is supported closely by the bottom, therefore, a comfortable bed life stable in posture and less in fatigue can be provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
