INJECTION IN COMMON USE AS TWO-CELL TYPE CONTAINER

PURPOSE: To move the entire liquid chemical into another cell without allowing the liquid chemical to remain in a bypass path when the movement of the liquid chemical is executed by forming a gas stagnating gap between pipes at the rear end face of a second rubber stopper and the front end face of a fourth rubber stopper inserted into the position nearer the deep side of a cartridge. ;CONSTITUTION: A needle base of an injection needle 4 is fitted into the opening end 3 of an outside cylinder and a cylinder end 5 having a recess groove 37 is fitted thereto. The first rubber stopper 6 made of rubber is liquid-tightly inserted to the cylinder end side in the outside cylinder connecting to the end 5 of the cylinder and the second rubber stopper 7 is inserted into an insertion port 32A side of a plunger rod 32. The front and rear two cells 11, 21 are liquid-tightly segmented by the third rubber stopper 8 inserted between the rubber stoppers 6 and 7. The liquid chemical 22 is filled into the inside cell 11 and the liquid chemical 23, such as dissolving liquid, is filled into the inside cell 21 and hermetically sealed. Further, the fourth rubber stopper 24 is inserted into the position nearer the insertion port 32A side than the second rubber stopper 7 and a mechanism for compressing the stagnating gas 34 is formed of the end faces 25, 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
