PURPOSE: To reproduce and to make rooted seedlings in a short period of time, by aseptically culturing a growing point of a plant of Mallotopus, eucalyptus. ;CONSTITUTION: Growing points or a tissue containing the growing points of a plant of eucalyptus of Mallotopus are cultured in an artificial medium under a low luminosity light inducing indefinite buds, multiple buds or adventitious shoots and after treating these with abscisic acid, they are cultured further in the artificial medium under the low luminosity light.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
