PURPOSE:To control the temperatures of various fluids roughly at a specified constant level irrespective of travel conditions by extracting and introducing the most appropriate temperature from the cooling liquid temperatures within a wide temperature range of an internal combustion engine and feeding it to a heat exchanger on the delivery side. CONSTITUTION:In order to make heat insulation of the throttle body 46 of an electronic fuel injection device, for example, a wax type constant temperature control thermostat 1 is screwed into the inlet side 42 of a heat exchanger 41, its flow-in side housing 11 is connected to the cylinder bead side flow path 25 of an engine water jacket through a conduit 43, and the outlet side 44 of the heat exchanger is connected to the upstream side 37' from a bypass value in a bypass liquid path of an engine cooling system or to the suction side of a water pump through a conduit 45 so as to sub-bypass constant temperature liquid in the heat exchanger 41 for making circulation. Therefore the temperature of air in the throttle body is stabilized linearly in the temperature range specified by a constant temperature control thermostat irrespective of the travel conditions of the engine.
