PURPOSE:To obtain a weed-controlling sheet and a flower-cultivation sheet having a weed-controlling function. CONSTITUTION:A three-layer sheet composed of a black fiber sheet 1 and mesh nets 2 laminated to the upper and lower faces of the sheet 1 or a four-layer sheet composer of a black fiber sheet 1, a mesh net 2, a soil sheet and a water- proofing sheet is integrated and seeds or bulbs of grasses or flowers are planted on the black fiber sheet 1 or placed between the sheets. The cultivation area of the grass or flower can be freely selected and the transportation and sales costs can be reduced by the use of the sheet.
