LAMINATED IRON CORE FITTING CONSTITUTION IN MOTOR ROTOR AND METHOD OF FITTING THE IRON CORE

PURPOSE: To provide a laminated iron core fitting structure and fitting method in a motor rotor which ensures balanced rotation without cutting the laminated iron core or fitting of a weight, suppression of manufacturing cost and improved manufacturing efficiency. ;CONSTITUTION: A laminated iron core 3 allows insertion with pressure of a rotating shaft 2 of a motor rotor 1 and is mounted with inclination with respect to the rotating shaft 2 with a pair of upper and lower metal dies. Therefore, when the rotating shaft 2 is unbalanced f1 due to provision of a cutout portion 4 having the cross-section in the shape of alphabet D, unbalance f1 is adequately cancelled due to unbalance f2 generated by inclination of the laminated iron core 3. Therefore, rotation of the motor rotor 1 is adequately balanced and necessity of cutting the laminated iron core 3 and fitting a weight can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
