PURPOSE:To enable the back up of the power feeding system without hit by operating a stand-by protection power feeding unit when the power capacity is exceeded by monitoring the state of using power at all times. CONSTITUTION:In the no hit power feeding system, a stand-by protection power feeding unit 18 is provided. Seven diodes 115 are provided on the unit 18. The output is supplied to a power feeding unit 11 and similar units, and units 15, 16, and 17. In the units 11-17 and the unit 18, the output from a power feeding voltage monitor circuit 111, power feeding current monitor circuit 112, that is, the output voltage from each power feeding unit and the output current of the power feeding unit are monitored. The output from an output interruption detection circuit 113 is inputted to a circuit for monitoring the stopped monitor which is not illustrated. An inventory circuit 114 is constructed by a ROM.
