METHOD FOR JET-INK PRINTING OF CONCEALED IMAGE ON CARBONLESS PAPER

PURPOSE: To form a concealed image on carbonless paper easily by using a carbonless paper set in which an intermediate sheet as an optional component is laid between two sheets and developing ink-jet drops in an image forming pattern. ;CONSTITUTION: A carbonless paper set in which an intermediate sheet is laid between the first sheet and the second sheet is set in a printing apparatus. An ink-jet ink comprising (a) water, (b) a member selected from the group consisting of glycols, sulfolane, and mixtures thereof, (c) a member selected from the group consisting of ethanol, isopropanol, n-butanol, benzyl alcohol, hexanetriol, 1,6-hexanediol, etc., and mixtures thereof, (d) dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, and (f) a marking material is set in the printing apparatus, and a concealed image is formed by developing the ink.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
