PURPOSE: To provide a slave station system provided with a device to recognize correctly the control state especially the deadlock state of slave station equipment. ;CONSTITUTION: In the slave station equipment 1, after a control signal received from a master station 20 is sent to a selection code distribution processing part 5, the time of control consecutive output is supervised by a time-out detection circuit 11 and an answer back detection circuit 12 on the basis of a time-out counter value from the time-out counter additional device 21 of the master station 20, and in the case that response time-out is detected, the control signal is stopped, and simultaneously with it, an error signal is returned as the replacement of a display signal from an error data transmission processing part 10 to the master station 20 through a transmission line 13. Thus, the time-out counter value can be changed arbitrarily every object equipment to be controlled, and the deadlock of the slave station caused by the abnormality of the transmission line, etc., can be prevented beforehand.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
