PURPOSE: To obtain a fishing hook terminal tackle for angling by decoy having extremely improved fishing effect and a holding hook used therefor in angling by decoy for catching a wild sweet fish by a handing hook attached to a decoy sweet fish. ;CONSTITUTION: In a fishing hook terminal tackle for angling by decoy equipped with a reverse hook 2 to be inserted into the underbelly of a decoy sweet fish 11 and held and a hanging hook 6 fixed to a snood 7 extended from the part of the reverse hook 2, in a state of the reverse hook 2 fixed to the decoy sweet fish 11, a spring retaining part 5 extending above the decoy sweet fish 11 is attached to a base part 4 of the reverse hook 2 and a holding hook 10 for setting the hanging hook 6 on the snood 7 extended from the top of the spring retaining part 5 is used.
