ELEVATING TYPE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR BUILDING

PURPOSE: To provide an elevating type construction method for constructing a building by repeating the steps of building the uppermost floor or the lowermost floor in a work yard such as the gound or the like, vertically raising or lowering the same, building the lower floor or the upper floor to be added to the above, and again rasing or lowering the same. ;CONSTITUTION: A support frame structure 20 is constructed to a height of a lower layer floor, and a mechanism for rotating the building 30 side or the support frame structure 20 side to raise or lower the whole building 30 by a spiral rail structure 24, a support structure member 22 engaged with the spiral rail structure 24 and a driving means 40 for driving in rotation the spiral rail structure 24 or the support structure member 22 is provided between the support frame structure 20 and the building 30.
