PARTITIONING DEVICE FOR OLD PEOPLE'S HOME

PURPOSE: To favorably maintain environment for an old people's home by dividing a large room into a plurality of individual living spaces. ;CONSTITUTION: Partitioning walls 31 and 32 with upper ends open, and a portal type three-sided frame 33 are used to form divided space, in order to partition a large room into individual spaces 2A, 2B and the like. Also, low profile wooden handrails 31f and 32f are mounted respectively on the partitioning walls 31 and 32 to secure safety for a walk. Furthermore, the frame 33 is formed out of two panels 32a and 32b, and further out of a narrow panel 33a and a jamb 33b jointed to intermediate members 31c and 32c via a column and a horizontal frame member 33c. According to this construction, individual living spaces 2A and 2B are surrounded by the walls 31 and 32 and the frame 33, thereby being made rich in private room feeling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
