PURPOSE: To warehouse and deliver carrying vessels etc. having different dimensions into/from a multi-storied warehouse, by providing a roller table driven and Locked onto at least one table by a frame carrier. ;CONSTITUTION: Loaded or void carriers for goods to be carried are positioned to a terminal position in a frame partitioning space on a frame carrying tool 4, and then the carriers are correctly placed on the position corresponding to a terminal position in the frame partitioning space by the tool 4. A roller table 12 driven and locked by the tool 4 is provided on a table 11, and is supported on the table 11 via at least two travel roller sets 13 and 14 driven and locked by the tool 4.
