HOLOGRAM OPTICAL ELEMENT FIXING MECHANISM OF HOLOGRAM INTERFEROMETER DEVICE

PURPOSE: To accurately adjust a horizontal state by operating a press force to a hologram optical element when fixing the hologram optical element to a support member using an adhesive. ;CONSTITUTION: A hologram optical element 34 is assembled so that it contacts a pad part 31b of a cassette body as a support member. Since it is fixed in horizontal state without any inclination, an adhesive is applied to a position outside a region where the hologram pattern is formed and the adhesive is joined to the pad part 31b for a hologram pattern formation surface in the hologram optical element 34. A pad 44 consisting of a flexible member is sealed to and provided at a position which opposes the adhesive applied to the hologram optical element 34 and then a thickness is provided so that a specific press force can be obtained when a lid body 32 is fitted to the cassette body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
