PURPOSE: To accurately adjust a horizontal state by operating a press force to a hologram optical element when fixing the hologram optical element to a support member using an adhesive. ;CONSTITUTION: A hologram optical element 34 is assembled so that it contacts a pad part 31b of a cassette body as a support member.
