PURPOSE: To maintain a protective property of a base material for heat resistance and boiling water resistance by applying and baking an aminoalkylsiloxane further on it after polyimide resin is applied and baked on a surface of the base material. ;CONSTITUTION: Polyimide resin 2 is used and applied to a surface of a stainless steel 430 base material 1 so as to become 15±5μm as a thickness of this coating film after baking, and is dried at 150°C for fifteen minutes, and is baked at 150°C to 300°C for sixty minutes. Afterwards, an aminoalkylsiloxane 3 is used and applied to a polyimide resin coating film so as to become 1μm or less as a thickness of this coating film after baking, and is dried at 150°C for fifteen minutes, and is baked at 200°C for sixty minutes. After polyimide resin is applied and baked on a surface of a base material, when the aminoalkylsiloxane is applied and baked further on it, an unreacted carboxyl group on a polyimide resin surface and an amino group of an aminoalkylsiloxane terminal react with each other, and form an amide bond, and the aminoalkylsiloxane forms a covalent bond to the polyimide resin surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
