PURPOSE: To allow the other work during the curing period without using a formwork required to be removed, easily place concrete on a foundation floor, easily allow the leveling from the foundation top end when concrete is placed, and perform the work after piping. ;CONSTITUTION: A level plate 22 is partially installed on the ground 20 surrounded by a continuous footing 18, and the top end height position of the level plate 22 is adjusted. A precast concrete foundation floor board 10 is mounted and supported on the level plate 22 adjusted with the top end height position.
