PURPOSE: To perform fine comminution with low dust in a little expenditure on an apparatus and a little energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: Polyurethane foam wastes can be comminuted to a desired particle size for recycling as an additive in producing a polyurethane in a fine comminution apparatus arranged downstream of a coarse comminution apparatus in a low-dust and energy-saving manner and the fine comminution is pref. performed by passing and compressing by a plurality of times a mixture of the coarsely comminuted material and one of the reaction components through a nozzle 19 or a plurality of nozzles 19 and 21.
