摘要

PURPOSE:To dispense with strict control and inspection at least on the normal operating function part by separating a part related to normal operating function in a nuclear power plant safety facility control device from a part related to safety function. CONSTITUTION:A nuclear power plant safety facility control device jointly possessing the normal operating function and safety function of a nuclear power plant 4 is provided with a normal operating function control device 1 for controlling normal operating function, a safety function control device 2 provided independently of the normal operating function control device 1 so as to control safety function, and a signal priority device 3 receiving output signals from the normal operating function control device 1 and the safety function control device 2 and giving priority to the output signal of the safety function control device 2 to output it as a control signal to the nuclear power plant 4.
