PURPOSE: To improve the composition of a nickel-base alloy hardened by a precipitation of gamma-prime phase and imparted with corrosion resistance. ;CONSTITUTION: The alloy composition is composed of, by weight, 42 to 49% Ni, 3.8 to 5% Mo, 19.5 to 22.5% Cr, 1.0 to 1.5% Cu, ≤0.020% C, 1.5 to 2.5% Ti, 0.5 to 1% Al, ≤0.1% Mn, ≤0.1% Si, ≤0.010% S, ≤0.020% P, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. A method for transformation of this alloy is also provided and this alloy can be utilized under a corrosive situation by stress.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
