PURPOSE: To permit the construction of a steel frame pillar transported at a site without carrying out unloading and temporary placement and eliminate the danger of the large swing of the steel frame pillar in an erection state. ;CONSTITUTION: A chain 5 is laid on the left and right sprockets 2A and 2B in pair which are axially supported on the sprocket shafts 4A and 4B in parallel in a block case 3, in a loosened state, between both the sprockets 2A and 2B. The left and right sprockets 2A and 2B can be controlled, permitting the normal and reverse revolution and the free brake stop, in a single form or in interlocking, by the movable mechanism in the block case 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
