FORM FOR EXTRUDED CEMENT BOARD WITH REINFORCEMENT AND PRODUCTION OF EXTRUDED CEMENT BOARD WITH REINFORCEMENT

PURPOSE: To enhance a bending strength and an impact strength by a method wherein mounting plates with both ends of reinforcements fixed are fixed to a decomposable form for prestressing an extruded cement board produced using the form. ;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of steel wires are juxtaposed as reinforcements 2. Both ends thereof are inserted into holes of mounting plates 21, 22 and depressed to be fixed. The mounting plates 21, 22 are fixed to an upper frame 13 and a lower frame 14 with bolts 17a and screws 15a. Next, the steel wires are prestressed by pulling the upper frame 13 and the lower frame 14. Projected parts 19c and 19d of side frames 11, 12 are fitted into recessed parts of the upper frame 13 and the lower frame 14. The prestressing force is reduced for forming a form 1. In the production of an extruded cement board using this form 1, the cement board is prestressed and sufficiently reinforced. Thus, a high-performance cement board enhanced in bending strength and impact strength can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
