HIGH-SPEED SLURRY TREATMENT EQUIPMENT OF SLURRY PRESSURIZED SHIELD

PURPOSE: To make efficient slurry treatment by providing a plurality of adjustment tanks, and making simultaneously slurry conveyance, separation treatment of earth and slurry adjustment. ;CONSTITUTION: In a slurry treatment equipment 4, clear water from a clear water tank 14 and viscosity component from a slurry storage tank 15 are properly supplied to three adjustment tanks 11, 12 and 13 to adjust slurrly having required specific gravity/viscosity, and excessive slurry is discharged from an excessive tank 16. Slurry adjusting a property of matter in every adjusting tank is selectively discharged from every tank by controlling opening and shutting valves 17, 18 and 19, and slurry is conveyed through a pump 20 to put it to the stabilization of a facing in a slurry pressurized shield. While, slurry discharged from the slurry pressurized shield is stored in a first receiving tank 30 of an earth separation device 26 in the case an opening and shutting pipe 21 is shut and in the case of an opening and shutting valve 22 is opened, and the slurry is supplied to a vibration sieve 32 through a cyclone 31. After slurry separated soil and sand is stored in a second receiving tank 33 once, it is selectively sent back to the adjusting tanks 11, 12 and 13. The slurry sent back is made to adjust th property of matter in every adjusting tan, and it conveyed again and is recycled to use.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
