PURPOSE: To provide a displacing device capable of discharging, displacing and amplifying a minute amount of fluid by absorbing and discharging the fluid from a plurality of ports on a cylinder, following the reciprocating movement of a laminated piezoelectric actuator element connected to a piston within the cylinder. ;CONSTITUTION: A piston 2 is freely slidably incorporated in a cylinder 1 by a piezoelectric actuator 12. A laminated piezoelectric actuator 4 is arranged in one space 3 divided by the piston inside the cylinder 1 and its movable end 5 is connected to the piston 2. Further, two ports 9 and 10 are opened on the cylinder 1 so as to be communicated with the other space 7 inside the cylinder 1. Then, the laminated piezoelectric actuator element 4 is moved reciprocally and thus, an actuating fluid is absorbed from one port 10 while the actuating fluid is discharged from the other port 9. In this way, fluid is discharged to the laminated piezoelectric actuator 4 by vibration where its displacement is minute and thereby a minute amount of fluid can be discharged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
