PURPOSE: To filter an input signal by allowing the input signal to pass through a filter having adjustable pass band center frequency, and adjusting the pass band center frequency in respond to a frequency control signal generated by demodulating the input signal. ;CONSTITUTION: An input signal from a crystal angular speed sensor or the like is inputted through an A/D converter 141 and an adaptive Co canceler 144 to a tracking filter 143. A synchronizing filter 163 in the filter 143 is provided with adjustable pass band frequencies, and an output signal V₃ filter- processed in response to the input signal is generated.
