PURPOSE: To create an act diagram in a short time by storing a large number of act conditions such as a riding service distance, verifying whether or not riding services allotted to respective diagram quarters satisfy the respective act conditions of the crew member, and carrying out processing such as stopping the riding services when the act conditions are not satisfied. ;CONSTITUTION: A train diagram file 3 storing a train diagram containing plural diagram quarters to show operation plans of respective trains, a train crew file 6 storing plural train crew member names and an act condition file 5 storing various act conditions in a single train crew member, are provided. In an act diagram preparation-processing part 10, respective stored train crew members are allotted in order to the respective diagram quarters, and verification is carried out on whether or not businesses to the allotted diagram quarters in the respective train crew members satisfy the respective act conditions. Here, when the act conditions are not satisfied, a business change (a connection change) is carried out like the business is stopped at a turning-back station or a train shed station of the diagram quarters or the business is done in the other diagram quarters.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
